Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oxtriix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, including those who contribute content or purchase products. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
Description of Services
Oxtriix provides a digital marketplace offering premium website scripts, SaaS applications, software templates, UI kits, and custom development services. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, host digital products, and provide supporting infrastructure including licensing management, secure delivery, and customer support. Our platform enables developers and businesses to discover, purchase, and download high-quality digital assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from Oxtriix without prior written consent. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code. Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content available on Oxtriix, including software scripts, templates, designs, documentation, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Oxtriix or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product in accordance with the specific license type selected at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased products unless explicitly permitted by the license agreement. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxtriix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Oxtriix during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Oxtriix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of our services and contacting our support team to request account deletion. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and governing law. Any licenses granted to digital products you have purchased prior to termination remain valid subject to the original license terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction of these courts and agree that venue is proper. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
